Sustainability

I aim to practice sustainability and support other small businesses.

All items in the Made in NYC collection are cut and crafted in New York City.

All of my products are made using leather from:

• local wholesalers in New York City.
• a company in Pisa, Italy that sells imperfect leather remnants from luxury designer handbag companies.
• a mill in Maine that sells leather remnants from high-end American handbag companies.
• vegan leather items are made using cactus leather that is sourced from a small business in Mexico.

In addition, in an effort to minimize waste, I use leather remnants to create small accessories such as leather jewelry, eyeglasses cases, and wallets.

I also donate leather remnants to students, designers, and craftspeople in the U.S.
